How to Start

Step 1: Complete a beginner-friendly group session to learn the basics

Step 2: Our gym manager will meet you there to show you the studio and set-up your membership

Step 3: Attend 3 x per week to look, feel and perform your best.

Up to 10 spots available in each session.

$100 payment to be made upon booking includes:
Group Fundamentals Session + First Week of Membership + Saunas

Schedule a discovery session with Dan, our gym manager. He’ll show you the studio, saunas, explain our programs, and discuss your fitness objectives and questions.

Afterward, we can set up a personal Fundamentals Session to prepare you for our Movement Sessions.

What’s in a Fundamentals Session?

A Fundamentals Session is essential for all new students at TMC, even if you only want to do drop in classes.

This will get you familiar with the core movements we practice and give you a better understanding of your own body.

If you’re still not feeling ready for group classes afterwards, we can offer additional Fundamentals Sessions until you are.

Class Overview

Movement Sessions

Movement sessions pull from a vast array of disciplines & styles. 
You can expect handstands, calisthenics, soft acrobatics, gymnastics rings, weights, games, coordination drills, mobility and much more. 
Each session will improve upon your strength, skills & mobility to ensure you are versatile & well-rounded in body & mind. 
TMC's Parent & Bub class. 
Running 3 days per week, this class maintains the same fun & functional movement training as our movement classes, while also providing a safe space for children to be supervised so you can get a workout in.

Movement + Crèche

Movement Project

A specialty skills class that changes it’s focus every 4 weeks, providing a deeper dive into different styles of movement. 

Recent projects have included: parkour, capoeira, yoga & powerlifting. 

Rhythm & Flow

Find freedom in your body with movement to music. 

Working on coordination and rhythm while learning some fun movement skills. It will challenge your mind and body learning to link sequences together.

Discover the joy of adult gymnastics in our friendly and supportive classes. All levels and ages are welcome - learn new skills and improve your health and confidence. 

Gymnastics Tumbling

Students learn connection with their body and others through the art of self defense. Martial Hearts classes create a balanced synergy between physical prowess and mental fortitude.

These classes emphasize mobility, agility, and coordination, encouraging students to explore a wide range of motion.

Beyond physical benefits, participants learn essential life skills like patience, respect, and self-discipline, instilling a sense of empowerment through the practice of mindfulness and inner peace.
