TMC Timetable

Progressions for everyone.

At TMC, we work across 6-week programs that focus on developing our core skills.

In January 2024, we had a program that aimed to help members achieve the Muscle Up, Dragon Squat & the Human Flag skills.

Training 3x per week with us, you will be stronger, more flexible, more adaptable, get you closer to achieving these skills and have a lot of fun in the process.
